Role Summary:Â We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Python and backend development to join our tech team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI models, and a proven track record of developing scalable and efficient systems. Due to customer requirements, you must be a US Citizen to be considered for this job.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications primarily in Python.
Lead backend development efforts, ensuring robustness, performance, and security.
Collaborate with team members to innovate and integrate AI technologies into various applications.
Engage in code reviews, uphold best practices in software engineering, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
US Citizenship required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on backend development.
Proficient in Python and popular frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Experience with generative AI and familiarity with other AI models.
Solid understanding of database management and caching mechanisms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Requirements:Â The role requires presence onsite at the headquarters in Vienna, VA, every workday. Responsibilities include collaborating directly with the technical team, necessitating daily presence in the office.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular) is a plus.
